Trojan Property Maintenance was founded in 2000 by Paul Tantum, the owner, who predominately worked for a local residential Letting Agencies, carrying out minor repairs to their housing Portfolio.

Paul recognised there was a niche in the market where Letting Agencies, Management Companies and Individuals alike needed a Specialise Property Maintenance Company that could offer a comprehensive integrated solution.

With six In-house professional trades personnel and approved sub-contractors, we are able to offer competitive rates with affordable solutions.

No job is too small from changing the washer in a tap to a complete refurbishment to a property.

Quotations are available on request, we appreciate that some landlords may live away from the vicinity of the property, so we provide photographs to enable them to help decide and priorities on work needing immediate attention.

Our rates are based on time on-site only, with a minimum one hour charge. Thereafter, rates are based per 15 minutes on-site. We always ensure clients are kept informed with work carried out or required.
